Many "videographers" operating today have no real training, are not state-licensed private investigators, and don't understand that legal video is much, much more than just showing up in a doctor's office and video taping depositions. The truth is that the "legal video field" includes such critical things as taping accident scenes, and providing video proof of material damages. Often, we are called upon to document evidence of insurance fraud. Recently, we were retained by an attorney to document that a person claiming irrepairable back injury could very well lift heavy objects. Our Private Investigator Videographers went undercover and recorded this man lifiting four 80-pound water conditioner salt bags out of the deep trunk of his car. Another recent case involved a woman claiming a disabling injury to her ankle jogging five miles every morning!
